With Axisoft Application Development Outsourcing Service, each servicing team is led by Service Consultant who has rich experience in managing offshore service teams as well as outsourcing projects. The consultant will be responsible for team assembly, project management and progress monitoring. The consultant will also manage cultural differences and provide training to ensure that the service team possesses the technological expertise, as well as the business, organizational, and risk management skills necessary to deliver the outsourced business benefits as promised.
In terms of quality control, our servicing team uses the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated) Level 3 as a reference for our operations. Our consultants will verify user requirements based on customer needs before projects begin in order to select the most suitable team for each project.
Our Application Assessment team would create testing plan and test cases to validate the workflow and system quality during development cycles. The team would also review the system functionality, performance, usability, reliability, compatibility and source code.
We set up achievement milestones in the project plan, review and report the variance between the initial baseline and the most recent achievement. We also compare the actual resource used in the project with the initial estimated resource needed. Frequent reviews with the clients can be arranged to verify the productivity of an ongoing project.
